OSAP IRB Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of candidates will follow a multi-step process:
Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE): This will carry a weightage of 100 marks.
Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET): These tests are qualifying in nature.
Optional Driving Test: Candidates can opt to take this test, which carries an additional weightage of 5 marks for Heavy Motor Vehicles and 3 marks for Light Motor Vehicles.
Medical Examination: This is also a qualifying stage.
Candidates holding an NCC certificate will receive an additional 2 bonus marks, which will be added to their total score from the written exam and driving test.
