The Jammu Kashmir Police Recruitment Board has announced about 4022 recruitments for the constable post. • Age Limit: Individuals must be aged between 18-28 years.

Pushups: 

• Each male required 20 pushups (one complete cycle up and down counts as one). 

Shot Put (4 Kgs): 

• By females failing to throw 14½ feet in three attempts shall not qualify them.

• Male height must be 5 feet 6 inches or more.
• Male chest measurements should read 32 inches at rest and 33½ inches at full expansion.
• Female height among the people of Gorkha and Ladakh should be 5 feet 4 inches at the very least.
• A lady’s minimum height should be 5 feet 2 inches.

• General awareness and GK: In this section, which is treated with depth is the History, Geography, and Socio-Economic development of Jammu and Kashmir and India. It also determines the Contemporary events of national and worldwide importance, day-to-day observations as well as scientific facts applicable to an enlightened person.
