Soon after the Bihar Judiciary Notice 2024 is made available, information regarding Bihar Judiciary Vacancy 2024 will be provided. The Civil Judge post is expected to have vacancies between the range of about 150-220 (Approx.). As per the Bihar Judiciary Notification, candidates belonging to General or OBC (Backward Classes) have to pay the application fee of Rs 600. For candidates from Persons with Disability category, there is a fee of Rs 150. The applications are supposed to be paid through debit card, credit card, or net banking mode only.
Bihar Judiciary 2024 Recruitment Admit card
Bihar Judiciary 2024 Admission Cards will be unfolded before BPSC about several weeks before the examination happens. Candidates have to download their admission cards from the site using their login details for that particular exam. On exam day, intending candidates should carry with them both their hall tickets and any form of national ID as required.
Bihar Judiciary selection involves initial examinations, main examinations, and interviews. The prelims have a maximum of 250 marks with two papers: Paper I on current affairs and general knowledge (100 marks) and Paper II dedicated to law and legal concepts (150 marks). To qualify for the mains exam candidates have to score more than the cutoff.
Various topics are covered in the Bihar Judiciary mains syllabus among which include Commercial law; Hindi law; Muhammadan law; Law of trusts & specific reliefs, law of contracts & torts; law of transfer of property; principles of equity; constitutional as well as administrative law for India and others. Moreover, the question paper language will be based on precise writing in both English and Hindi)- the subject matter here being essay writing. Observations on General Science like everyday science along with elementary sciences will also be part of this syllabus.
Bihar Judiciary 2024: exam pattern
Three primary phases make up the 2024 Bihar Judiciary exam pattern namely prelims, mains stage, and interview. The prelims exam is objective while the mains exams are purely subjective.
