Eligibility Criteria
Age Criteria
Listed below is the eligibility criteria based on the age limit for the posts that will be released under FCI Recruitment Notification 2024.
Manager – The maximum age limit for this post is 28 years
Manager (Hindi) – The maximum age limit for this post is 35 years
Based on different reservation categories, age relaxation is also provided to candidates.
OBC – 3 years
SC/ST – 5 years
Departmental (FCI) Employees – 10 years
PWD-General – 10 years
PWD-OBC – 13 years
PWD-SC/ST – 15 years
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for different managerial posts need to have different educational qualifications depending upon the area of service.
Manager (General) – For this post candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equal and from a recognised institution with minimum 60% marks or CA/ICWS/CA
Manager (Depot) – For this post also candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equal and from a recognised institution with minimum 60% marks or CA/ICWS/CA
Manager (Movement) – For this post also candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equal and from a recognised institution with minimum 60% marks or CA/ICWS/CA
Manager (Accounts) – For applying to this post candidates must have :
Associate Membership of a) The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; or b) The Institute of Cost Accountants of India; or c)The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
OR
A B.Com degree from a recognized University and PostGraduate Full-time MBA (Fin) Degree / Diploma of minimum 2 years recognized by UGC/AICTE;
Manager (Technical) – For this post, candidates must have graduated in B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University or must have a B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Food Science from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE
Manager (Civil Engineer) – For this post candidates must withhold a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
Manager (Electrical Mechanical Engineer) – For this post candid must withhold a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Recognized University or equivalent.
Manager (Hindi) – For this post candidates must withhold a Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as an elective subject along with 5 years of experience in terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa preferably of technical or scientific literature.

Register yourself via your name, phone number & email ID
Feel the form according to the instructions
Upload scanned copies of your documents as instructed
Verify your information and check for any errors
Click on the submit button
Make the online fee payment via any online payment mode
Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation mail on your email ID
Download or take a printout of your application
Application Fee
All candidates have to pay a fee to apply for the FCI exam.
For the general, OBC & EWS category the fee is ₹1000 while for the SC, ST & PWD categories no fee is applicable.
Candidates must note that the payment of application fee can only be made using online banking methods such as debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI.
