GSHSEB or GSEB is the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board of Gujarat and it has now officially announced the examination dates for SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12). Students can now check the same on the official website of GSEB, gseb.org. Students appearing for these crucial exams are asked to check the timetables and prepare accordingly.
The Gujarat board SSC exams will run from February 27, 2025, to March 13, 2025. That time is very crucial for Class 10 students as SSC exams are one of the major testing times in the academic progress of the students in Gujarat. The date-sheet subject-wise is available through the website of the board of education.

The HSC exams will begin on February 27, 2025, and close on March 10, 2025, just like the Class 12 exams. Whichever the stream of studies the Science stream, Commerce stream, or the Arts stream-it is needed to have a strategic plan in advance to prepare oneself for the examinations. GSEB Question Banks Classes 9 -12
Announcing the exam dates, GSEB also issued subject-wise question banks for classes 9 to 12 students. The resources will come in handy to those students who will be appearing for the examinations, and they can download it from gseb.org with the school login of a student. It will give multiple opportunities for practice to the students; otherwise, it would add extensive knowledge about what to expect at the time of the examination and what kinds of questions could be asked.
GSEB Supplementary Exam Results 2024
Recently, GSEB also released the results of the supplementary examinations held in the year 2024 for the students of both SSC as well as HSC. The supplementary examinations provided a window of opportunities to those students who were not able to clear the main examinations as it provided scope for improving the results achieved the first time. The pass percentages for such supplementary examinations appeared very meagre which reflected that these exams were very rough and astringent.
Among the total of 1,04,429 candidates, it was announced that 29,542 students were successful. This led to a floating pass percentage of 28.29% for the SSC supplementary exams. In the HSC Science stream, the result saw the passing of 8,143 candidates resulting in a pass percentage of 30.48%. The general stream resulted in passing 49.26% of its students with as many as 24,196 students qualifying for the exams.
Now that dates for examinations are announced, the students who intend to sit for GSEB SSC and HSC exams in 2025 would be well within their rights to ensure proper preparation and revision of the syllabus and practice from the question papers issued in earlier years.
