Monthly emoluments of a base pay of Rs. 44,500 will be granted to the appointed Assistant Managers with a pay scale extending from Rs. 44,500 to Rs. 89,150 for a period of seventeen years. In addition to basic pay, employees get various allowances like Dearness Allowance, Housing Rent Allowance, Qualification Allowance, and all other compensatory allowances that are applicable.
