Candidates applying for the post of driver must have passed VIII standard AND Must possess a valid Driving License for driving Motor Vehicle issued by a competent authority under the Motor Vehicles Act with a practical experience of driving a motor vehicle for a period of not less than five years.
Copyist Attender, Office Assistant
Candidates for these posts must have passed VIII Standard or its equivalent on the date of notification
Special Qualification- Candidate must be able to ride a bicycle
Candidates applying for these posts must be able to read and write Tamil to carry out daily conversations
Age Criteria
Candidates applying for any post under the Madras High Court recruitment notification 2024 must not be less than 18 years of age as on 01/07/2024. However, there are different age slabs based on the category of candidates for the maximum age limit for application.
For Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Destitute Widows of all castes the age limit is 37 years
For Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities, Backward Classes (Other than Backward Class Muslims) and Backward Class Muslims the age limit is 34 years
For Others /Unreserved Categories

Madras High Court Recruitment Application Fee
Each candidate has to fill the application fee to complete their application form.
For Backward Classes (Other than Backward Class Muslims) / Backward Class Muslims / Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities / Others, the application fee is ₹500.
Some categories do not have to pay the application fee.
For Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Castes (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes, no fee for filling the application form is charged.
Differently Abled Persons and Destitute Widows of all Communities also are exempted from paying any application fee.
