MAH MCA CET 2024 Counselling: Round 1 Allotment Checking
To check the allotment institute-wise list for MAH MCA CAP Round-I in 2024-25, follow these particular steps.
- Visit https://cetcell.mahacet.org/
- Find the ‘CAP i.e. Centralized Admission Process’ option in the header menu bar and click on it.
- Select the option ‘2024-2025’ to be redirected to the relevant page.
- Under Technical Education > Post Graduate Courses click on ‘MCA’ and go to the next page.
- On this page, you should be able to click on more
- Then you will see an option for ‘Institute Wise Allotment’. Click on it.
- Download the PDF file from among MCA colleges/institutions and check if you’ve been allocated a seat in any of these institutions or not.
What after MAH MCA CET 2024 Counselling Round 1 Allotment Result Out?
Candidates who have been apportioned a place in the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program for the 2024-25 academic session during CAP Round I are mandated to move forward in the course of the admissions process. In case they get all their first-choice colleges, they must confirm their seats by paying the necessary fees as indicated in their own log-ins no later than August 18, 2024.
Two options are available for those who got colleges other than the first preference ones:
- Accept & Freeze: This is meant for those candidates who are okay with where they were allocated to
- Accept & Non-Freeze: This is meant for seeking better options in subsequent rounds of the Centralized Admission Process.
Selection of any one among these two options should be made by no later than 03:00 PM on August 18, 2024.
It is important that candidates who have paid the acceptance fee report to the assigned college with relevant documents and such fee payments no later than 05 pm on August 18th, 2024.
What to do if the seat is not allowed after MCA CET 2024 Counselling Round 1 Allotted?
For candidates who have not been allocated a seat for MAH MCA Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Round-I during the academic year 2024-25, there is no need to be disheartened and they may still obtain an allotment in later rounds. As per the schedule, the seat allotment list for CAP Round-II is expected to be released by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra on August 23, after the registration and choice-filling period from August 19 to August 21, 2024.
