The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBRP) will organize the UP Police Constable examination on 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31 August 2024 in advance. Essential guidelines for candidates have been issued by the board on its official website, uppbpb.gov.in in order to prepare for the recruitment exam.
The written exam will happen at 67 centers across the state that will contain two shifts, with the first shift running from 10 AM–12Noon and the second shift operating from 3 PM-5 PM.
Candidates who want to take part in this examination can download their admit cards starting August 20th, 2024 after 5 pm. They will be able to access their hall tickets via the link provided when it is activated as shown in the official site uppbpb.gov.in.
Reporting Time: The reporting time to the examination center is at least 2 hours prior to the commencement of the examination. The entry gate will close 30 minutes before the exam starts, and no late entries will be permitted.
Aadhaar Verification: In case the candidate has not opted for Aadhaar verification at the time of filling out the application, he/she shall have to reach the examination center 2 hours before the start of the examination to enable completion of the verification formalities within the stipulated time.
Documents Required: All candidates shall carry the admit card issued by the Board, one valid Identity proof, that is, e-Aadhaar, driving license, or passport, and a black or blue ballpoint pen.
Identity Verification: The Board shall take measures to verify the Identity of candidates during this examination and shall debar the candidates from appearing in the examination in case of impersonation and shall also initiate strict legal action.
Restricted Items: The following items, in any form, are not permitted inside the examination center: any printed/written material, sheets of paper, geometry box instruments, plastic bags, calculators, credit/debit cards, scales, copies, pen drives, erasers, log tables, electronic pens, scanners, digital pens, electronic gadgets, including mobile phones, keys, cameras, watches, jewelry, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, wallets/purses, sunglasses, or handbags.
It is important for candidates to note that the UP Police Constable Re-exam 2024 exam city intimation is not synonymous with an admit card. In fact, it is a pre-notification about the date and city where exams will take place, thus providing ample time for candidates to plan their trip accordingly.
