UPSC Mains Timetable 2024
The UPSC Mains Exam 2024 is scheduled to be conducted from September 20th to September 29th. The exam will be held in two sessions each day: the morning session from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and the afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The timetable is as follows: On September 20th, candidates will sit for Paper-I, which is the Essay paper. The next two days, September 21st and 22nd, will cover General Studies papers, with Paper-II on Indian and World History, Culture, and Geography, and Paper-III and Paper-IV focusing on Polity, Governance, and Economic Development respectively. The qualifying papers, Paper-A (Indian Language) and Paper-B (English), are scheduled for September 28th. The final day, September 29th, will feature the Optional Subject papers, Paper-VI and Paper-VII.
